Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 10, 2023 from approximately 8:15 am-9:00am. Children were observed playing games, arriving to the center and restroom breaks. Two staff records and four children records were reviewed during the inspection. The staff record documents that were not at the center were reviewed remotley. Licensing Inspector reviewed indoor areas, supervision, activities, equipment, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency procedures and required posting.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program
