Inspector Notes
A unannounced mandates monitoring inspection was initiated on November 14, 2023 from 4:32 pm - 5:17 pm. There were 26 children with 2 staff present. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of four children records and two staff records were reviewed. One medication and one allergy action plan was reviewed. The children were observed eating snack , transition from snack to the restroom and to gym for multiple station activities. The outside area was not inspected.
The information gathered during the Inspection determined no violations wilh applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
