Inspector Notes

A unannounced mandates monitoring inspection was initiated on February 13 from 8:09am - 9:27am. There were 19 children with 2 staff present. The children were preparing to leave for school, multiple table activities and dodgeball game. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, staff qualifications and training, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children records and 2 staff records were reviewed. Outside area was not inspected.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review , the licensee did not ensure evacuation drills were completed monthly.

Evidence: The evacuation drill was not documented for January.
Plan of Correction: Site Supervisor will ensure that all evacuation drills are documented properly at the completion of each drill.
