An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 9/26/25. The on-site inspection began at 11:10 am and ended at 1:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 15 children present and five staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and two staff records electronically on 9/26/25.
