Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was conducted today from 2:30pm to 3:15 pm. There were 5 children present, with 6 staff supervising. The children were observed engaged in individualized activities that included arts and crafts, video games and learning about letters. Center documents reviewed included the following: 2 children's records, 5 staff records, emergency drill records and new policies required by the standards. First aid supplies were also reviewed. There were no medications on site. PM snack included banana bread and juice. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
