8VAC20-790 SUBSIDY REGULATIONS

Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was concluded on 6/1/22 from 2:30pm to 3:15pm. There were 5 children present with 6 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Staff were current on the subsidy required trainings. There were no medications on site. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
