An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/3/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:30am and ended at 12:10am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 6 children present and 7 staff. The
inspector reviewed 3 children?s records on site and 3 staff records on-site on 10/3/2024 and electronically on 6/26/2024. This inspection included document review of policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, authorization and health forms, tour of the facility, interviews and
observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
