Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 3/23/22. The center supervisor was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 3 children present with 4 staff supervising. The children were observed listening to music and settling in upon arrival to the program. Medications, medication authorizations and administration log were reviewed. 2 children's records, 4 staff records and emergency drill records were reviewed. Art work created by the children was displayed in the center. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
