Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/4/2022. There were a total of 11 children with 9 staff members present. Children were observed playing basketball, listening to music, and laying on mats before lunch time. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
