Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 11, 2023 from approximately 9:45 am to 12:45 pm. There were 89 children in attendance and a total of 16 staff present. 9 staff records and 9 children?s records were viewed. All areas of the center were observed including classrooms, bathrooms, and the playgrounds. The children were observed playing in centers, practicing writing letters and numbers, listening to stories, getting diapers changed, playing outside, and eating lunch, while the licensing inspector was on-site.
Evacuation drills were conducted monthly with the most recent on 3/9/23. The most recent fire inspection was on 4/13/22. The most recent health inspection was on 8/5/22.
Violations were cited as a result of this inspection
