An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on June 26, 2023 in response to a self-reported incident that was received on June 13, 2023 in reference to diapering. Interviews were conducted and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support violation of standards regarding the self-report.
