Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on November 28, 2023 from approximately 11:50 am to 2:30 pm in response to a self-reported incident that was received and occurred on November 15, 2023. Documentation was gathered and interviews were conducted in person and via telephone.

Violations were cited as a result of this inspection.

Please specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected. Evidence: The record for staff #5, date of employment 12/12/22, contained an annual health and safety update course dated 07/14/2022. The updated course was due on 07/14/2023.
