An unannounced inspection was initiated on 06/28/2024 and completed on 07/18/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 06/12/2024 relating to allegations of physical abuse. This inspection included interviews.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
