Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated and completed on 03/03/2025, as a part of the provisional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 4:40 pm and ended at 6:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 59 children present and 15 staff. The inspector reviewed 7 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
