Inspector Notes

A renewal study was conducted. No children are currently enrolled since the end of August. Reviewed physical space, the provider's background checks, TB, training records and emergency preparation. The provider stated that she will enroll children in the next few months and will be changing her hours. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
