Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal study was conducted. One child was in care for 4 points with the provider. The infant was sleeping during the inspection. Observed physical space, records, trainings were downloaded, emergency preparation, nutrition (bottles bought from home) and infant care. The provider has 22.5 hours of training as she is working towards her CDA certificate. No medication was reported to be on-site. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
