During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 3/7/2025 and completed on 3/7/2025, as a part of the provisional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:47am and ended at 11:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were zero children present and two caregivers; the point total was zero. The inspector reviewed one child record and two caregiver records on-site. This inspection included document review and a tour of the family day home.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

A first aid kit must contain the minimum emergency supplies and be accessible in the family day home, wherever children are in care.

The first aid kit was missing adhesive tape.
Plan of Correction: Will purchase an adhesive tape and add it to the first aid kit.
