Inspector Notes

Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on December 7, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. through 11:00 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 4 children ages 4, in the care of 2 staff. Three children records and two staff records were reviewed and updated. The medication and medication paperwork were reviewed for one child.
