Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 24, 2023, from 9:30 a.m. through 10:30 a.m. Upon arrival, there were 6 children, ages 3 through 4, in the care of 2 staff.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children's and three staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined noncompliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.

Based on record review the center failed to have one staff member complete orientation required by licensing standards within seven days of assuming job responsibilities.
