Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 3, 2024, from 10:10 a.m. through 11:10 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 6 children, ages 4 through 5, in the care of 2 staff.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children and 4 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined noncompliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.

2. Staff #3 and Staff #4 did not have documentation of obtaining a Virginia central registry check.
3. Staff #3's date of hire was documented 9.1.2023. Staff #4's date of hire was documented 1.22.2023.
