Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on 03/18/2026 and completed on 03/18/2026. The on-site inspection began at 11:50 AM and ended at 1:40 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above.There were 102 children present with 18 staff. The inspector reviewed 10 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The center is required to obtain background checks from any state in which the individual has resided in the preceding five years.

Staff #2, employed for more than 6 months, did not have documentation of requesting a central registry check and a sex offender check from one state.
Plan of Correction: Administration will send information to receive the out of state requests. We will also be sure to review the Sworn Disclosure prior to hire to look for anyone that has lived out of state in the past five years.
