Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 2/24/2023 from 10:18 am to 12:45 pm. There were 78 children ages 6 months to 2 years, in six groups under the care of 17 staff. The Licensing Inspector reviewed four children?s records, six children?s medication records and five staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete. The children were observed playing inside and outside, washing hands, preparing for lunch, and babies were observed napping and having tummy time.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
