Inspector Notes

An unannounced code compliance inspection was conducted on 3/28/22. There were 86 children in direct care and supervision of 16 staff members. The children were observed in a variety of structured activities including but not limited to art activities, building with Legos, learning music and playing outdoors. The children were also observed eating lunch brought from home. Medications, 3 staff and 3 children's records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections.
