Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interview, records review, and a virtual observations. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time.
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted at 1:55pm. The provider was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There were 6 children present = 11 points with the provider. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. The home was sufficiently supplied with toys and equipment for the children, and appeared clean and organized today. Information gathered during the inspection determined there were areas of non-compliance with applicable standards or laws reviewed.
