Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted at 10:40am. Observed 7 children = 17 points with the Provider + a substitute assistant caregiver. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were playing with coloring masks, playing with play-doh, and having free-play before lunch. Lunch to be served today: fish sticks, mixed vegetable, oranges, toast, and milk. The daycare areas of the home were found to be clean and well supplied with toys and equipment for the children. The outdoor play area in the fenced backyard offers multiple play options.
