Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/7/24. The on-site inspection began at 11:15am and ended at 12:13pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 5 children present and 2 caregivers upon the inspectors arrival with a 3rd caregiver arriving during the inspection; the point total was 12. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records and 1 caregiver record while on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the daycare areas of the home and interviews. Information gathered during the inspection determined a non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and the violation is documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observations made, potentially poisonous substances were not stored in an area inaccessible to children. Evidence: Household cleaning wipes, labeled keep out of reach of children, were found on the counter in the bathroom used by the children.
