Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was conducted on 05/13/2024 in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing department on 04/18/2024 regarding an allegation in supervision. On 05/13/2024, the inspector was on site from approximately 9:30am until 10:45am. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
