Inspector Notes

An unannounced code compliance inspection was conducted on 1/24/2023 and concluded on 1/24/2023. There were14 children present, ranging in ages from 3 years to 4 years, with 3 staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision and procedures. A total of 3 children and 3 staff records were reviewed.
