Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on 05/06/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 1:15 pm and ended at 2:45 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 28 children present and 5 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records. This inspection included a document review, tour of facility, interviews, observations and measurements. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, shall be maintained in a safe and operable condition.

There was weed barrier protruding from the mulch on the playground presenting potential trip hazards.
Plan of Correction: Weed barrier to be covered or removed.

Electrical outlets shall have protective covers that are of a size that cannot be swallowed by children.

There were three uncapped electrical outlets in the 4 and 5 year old room.
Plan of Correction: Outlets were capped during this inspection.
