Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was completed on 07/09/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 2:20 pm and ended at 3:05 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 24 children present and 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records. This inspection included a document review, tour of facility, interviews, observations and measurements. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, shall be maintained in a clean, safe and operable condition.

In classroom B there was peeling paint along the window sill and a tray on the dry erase board had pointed corners at child height that could pose as a potential injury hazard.
Plan of Correction: The edges of the tray were covered.
