Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on April 23, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:10am and ended at 12:03pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 88 children present with 16 staff. The inspector reviewed 8 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
