Inspector Notes
An on-site renewal inspection was completed on May 2, 2022. There were 26 school-aged children present, ranging in age from five years through ten years, with two staff supervising. One additional staff member was present to assist if needed. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staff qualifications and training, staffing and supervision, programming, medications, special care and emergencies and special services. A total of 3 children's records and 4 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
