Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today in person at 130 pm. There were 11 children (33 points) directly supervised by 3 staff. The home, 3 staff records, 6 children?s records, 1 household member?s record, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were reviewed/inspected. There were no medications on site today but the Provider is current in MAT and CPR/First Aid. Children were observed playing freely and sleeping. Diapering procedures were also observed. There was a supply of books, toys, and materials for the children and age appropriate equipment for the toddlers and infants. The home was clean and the files were kept in an organized manner. The staff have attended several workshops in the last year and were able to answer questions about the children in care. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact the Licensing Inspector
