Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:40am-10:51am with the provider on site. There were 12 children with 3 caregivers. A sample of 2 children's files and 4 caregivers/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: toy play inside and outside. Interactions between the children and caregivers were positive. The site was clean, organized and contained an abundant supply of developmentally appropriate materials. The physical space, attendance records, first aid kit, drill record and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. There were no medications on site.
