Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between the hours of 1:40pm-3:00pm. There were 11 children (33 points) directly supervised by the provider and 2 assistant caregivers. The home, 3 caregiver records, 5 children?s records, 1 household member?s record, evacuation drills, and emergency supplies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed during naptime and playing quietly. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
