Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 07/25/2023 from 9:55 am to 3:45 pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A total of 149 children were present with 20 staff. Children were observed participating in art activities, reading and outside play. Programming, attendance, emergency procedures, 12 medications, and five children?s records and eight staff records were reviewed.

A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
