Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 7/27/2022 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. There were 37 children present, ranging in ages from 8 months old to 5 years old with 11 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 6 staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
