Inspector Notes

An unannounced Renewal Inspection was conducted on September 6, 2022. Upon arrival @ 11:00 am, there were 36 children ages 5 months - 4 years old under the care of 8 staff members. Licensing Inspector reviewed 5 children records & 4 staff records. Background Checks were confirmed for the center's Board Officers and Agents.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
