Inspector Notes
The Licensing Inspector for Alleghany conducted an unannounced Monitor Inspection on July 11, 2024. Licensing Inspector arrived & started inspection at 2:30 PM and concluded at 4:45 PM. There were a total of forty-one (41) children ages 16 months-9 years present under the direct care and guidance of twelve (12) staff members. Records for children and staff members were reviewed during the inspection. Facility areas were measured to determine capacity increase request
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
