Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on August 29, 2025 and completed on October 7, 2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on August 28, 2025 relating to allegations of lack supervision during outdoor activities. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be NOT VALID. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
