Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on March 31 2022 between 9:30am and 10:15am. There were 30 children in the direct care of 6 staff members. A sampling of staffing and child records were reviewed. The physical space, medications, and evacuation drills were inspected and reviewed.
