Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:00am - 1:00pm. There were 41 children directly supervised by 7 staff. 5 children?s records, 5 staff records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, medications and physical plant were inspected. Children were observed engaging in organized activities, playing piano, eating lunch, bathroom breaks and handwashing. There was an assortment of age-appropriate materials for children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
