Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts and document review. Video footage was reviewed on site and staff Interviews were conducted on site at the program.
A complaint inspection was initiated on 12/3/2021 and concluded on 2/17/2022. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staffing and supervision, and programming. Extensive video footage was reviewed and two staff interviews were conducted at the center. Additional interviews with collateral witnesses were conducted in the field. A total of one child record and one staff record were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
