Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 3/1/2023and concluded on 3/7/2023. There were 12 children present with 3 staff supervising during the on-site portion of the inspection on 3/1/2023. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition.
A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed off site on 3/7/2023. The inspection started at 3:15 pm on 3/1/2023 and concluded at 12:00 pm on 3/7/1023.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
