Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on and completed on 08/27/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:30 am and ended at 12:30 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. The inspector reviewed (27) staff records on-site on 08/27/2025. This week was dedicated to teacher training and set for the start of the new school year on 09/02/2025. No children were in attendance.
This inspection included document review (i.e. Files, injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill log); tour of the facility; interviews; and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
