Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on Friday July 8, 2022 to determine the provider?s compliance with licensing standards. The inspection begin at 9:42 AM and concluded at 10:47 AM. During this inspection, there were 10 children in care totaling 26 points being cared for by two caregiver. Upon arrival the children were observed playing with age appropriate toys and interacting with peers. The inside play area, outside play area, restroom, napping rooms and kitchen area were inspected. The required postings were reviewed and found to be in compliance. The first aid kit, emergency supplies, daily attendance, fire, and shelter-in-place drills were reviewed. During the inspection, five children's records, the providers record, and one household member?s record was reviewed. There were no violations cited during today?s inspection.
