Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was initiated on 3/27/2023 and concluded on 3/30/2023. The inspector was on site on 3/27/2023 from approximately 9:30 am-10:30 am. There were 5 children present, ranging in ages from 3 to 4 years, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies, nutrition and background checks. A total of 5 child records, 4 staff records and 4 officer records were reviewed. Staff records were reviewed remotely on 3/28/2023. Officer records were reviewed remotely on 3/30/2023.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
