Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on September 20 2023 between 10:15am and 12:30pm. There were 159 children in the direct care of 48 staff members. New hire record, staffing records, and child records were reviewed. Evacuation drills, emergency supplies, medications, attendance records, and the physical plant was observed and inspected.
