Inspector Notes

The licensing inspector for DEMI Good Shepherd, Neff Ave., conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 05/10/2022. Interviews were conducted with four staff relating to the allegations of behavior management, infant feedings, safe sleep practices, and rough handling of children. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be ?not valid.? No violations were found resulting from this complaint investigation.
