Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on April 9, 2025 and completed on April 9, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:45 AM and ended at 12:05 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 30 children present with four staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and four staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
